Have Questions?

  • What is the best way to communicate scheduling changes?
The best way to communicate scheduling questions is to text our business number (347) 815-434. We like to have all information, especially scheduling information, on record to avoid miscoummincations and mistakes.
  • How do I pay?
Our scheduling and billing program is called Pet Pocketbook. After setting up an account, you are able to pay directly online. All Clubhouse Membership invoices are sent out on the first of the month.
  • What vaccinations does my dog need to attend our facility?
All dogs coming over for daycare and boarding are required to be up to date on the core vaccinations: Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper Combo (usually in the form of DHPP or DA2PP). We also highly suggest vaccinating against Canine Influenza and Leptospirosis. We must have a copy of both an updated Vaccination Certificate and a separate Rabies Certificate.
  • Do you let other dogs into my apartment?
Out of respect for your home, other dogs will not be brought into your apartment. During pickups and drop offs, other dogs in the pack will be looped to the doorknob and leashed up on the outside of the door. Dogs will never be tied up outside, under any circumstance.
  • What if my dog becomes ill while boarding and he needs to go to the veterinarian?
Your pet’s health is first priority to us! We have great relationships with several veterinarians in the neighborhood. We will try our hardest to bring your dog to your regular vet, but reserve the right to bring them to one of our trusted neighborhood vets.
  • How do you handle extreme weather?
Your dog’s safety comes first! We walk in all weather, but extreme weather can be harmful for your dog. We reserve the right to shorten walks due to extreme weather conditions for health and safety reasons. Each dog is affected differently by the weather, some may need a shorter walk and/or more break times. You will be informed and will only be charged for the length of the walk given.
  • Do you take dogs to the dog park?
No, we do not take our dogs to the dog park. Although a lot of fun, there are many risks involved and your dog’s safety is number one.
  • Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
All female dogs under our care (walks, daycare, boarding) are required to be spayed by 6 months of age. Under no circumstances will we accept a dog in heat. Unneutered males will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Should I bring toys or a dog bed when my dog stays the night?
All our dogs have access to multiple dog beds and large comfy couches. We do not allow toys in the Clubhouse since it can spark possession aggression among some dogs. We promise your dog will have plenty of fun even without his or her toys!
  • Will it be the same walker each time?
We cannot guarantee the same walker each time, but we do aim to have your dog on a consistent schedule with a consistent group of dogs. We have a small and highly trained team, so whoever the walker, your dog is in fantastic hands. We have a system that is taught to all our walkers to ensure a strong bond amongst all dogs and walkers.
  • Can I request a specific time for the walk?
You can schedule a specific time for a walk, but we do have a one hour time window before and after each scheduled time.
